These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products through pongotodo.com. Please read them before placing an order: by completing a purchase you accept them. They do not limit any of the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by PongoTodo S.L., a Spanish company that designs, 3D prints and assembles lamps and accessories in its Barcelona workshop.

2. Our products

Our lamps and accessories are 3D printed and assembled by hand in small batches. The fine layer lines and small variations in colour or finish are part of this process and are not defects.

We take care to show each product as faithfully as possible, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Some models and colours are limited editions and are only available while stocks last.

Our lamps are designed for indoor use. Please follow the instructions included with each product, use a compatible bulb and do not modify the electrical parts.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they are calculated according to the destination and the shipping method you choose, and are shown before you pay.

You can pay by card and with the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; PongoTodo never sees or stores your full card details. The amount is charged when you place your order.

If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before shipping so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

4. How to order

Add the products you want to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your details and choose the shipping and payment method. Before paying you can review your order and correct any mistakes. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email.

You can place your order in English, Spanish, Catalan or French. We keep an electronic copy of every order, and if you have an account you can see your orders at any time in My account.

If, exceptionally, a product is no longer available after you have ordered it, we will let you know straight away and refund you in full.

5. Shipping

We ship from our Barcelona workshop to Spain, Andorra, Portugal and most European countries, as well as to selected countries outside Europe. The destinations, methods and costs available for your address are shown at checkout.

We prepare every order by hand. You will usually receive it in about 7 working days from the order confirmation; deliveries outside Spain may take a little longer. In any case, we will deliver within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you.

For deliveries outside the European Union (for example to Switzerland or the United Kingdom), import duties and taxes may apply. They are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, write to us within 7 days at bakery@pongotodo.com with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging, and we will find a solution: a replacement part, a new product or a refund.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the products, without giving any reason.

To do so, send us a clear statement by email to bakery@pongotodo.com with your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

You must send the products back within 14 days of telling us you want to withdraw. Please return them complete, with all their parts, and well protected, ideally in their original packaging. The direct cost of returning the products is paid by you.

We will refund all payments received, including the standard shipping cost of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait to refund until we have received the products back or you have shown proof of sending them. If the products show signs of handling beyond what is needed to check them, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

7. Legal guarantee and spare parts

All our products have the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery provided by Spanish consumer law. If a product has a defect, write to us at bakery@pongotodo.com with your order number, a short description and some photos. We will repair or replace it free of charge and, if that is not possible, we will offer you a price reduction or a refund.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage caused by falls, misuse, or by not following the use and care instructions. Thanks to our modular system, if you lose or break a piece we can usually make you a new one: just ask us.

8. Discount codes

When you sign up to our newsletter we send you a 10% code for your first order. It is personal and single-use, linked to the email address you signed up with, and valid for 90 days. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Your account and wishlist

You can buy as a guest or create an account to follow your orders and save products to your wishlist. Keep your password confidential and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Shops and businesses

These conditions are written for consumers. If you buy for a business or would like to sell our lamps in your shop, write to us through the contact form and we will send you our trade conditions.

11. Intellectual property

The PongoTodo brand, the designs of our lamps and accessories, and the photos, illustrations and texts on this website belong to PongoTodo S.L. or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.

12. Personal data

We process the data you give us when you buy, create an account or contact us as explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

13. Applicable law and complaints

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts of your place of residence.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at bakery@pongotodo.com: we answer every message and will do our best to solve it. You can also contact the consumer authorities in your region.

14. Changes to these conditions

We may update these conditions from time to time. Each order is governed by the version published on the day you place it.
